Machine Maintenance Module
|
- Machine Maintenance can be of two types, Periodic or preventive
and Non-periodic such as breakdowns or planned changes in the
machine. Maintenance activities are further divided in two
groups: Electrical and Mechanical.
- Data collection includes man-hours used, machine-hours lost,
spares parts used, spares-cost, other costs and details of the
activity performed.
- Maintenance record is prepared against indexed list of
maintenance activities enabling you to make detailed analysis
and know repetitiveness of any problem.
- Machine History can be seen on-screen and printed with many
filter options.
- Machine wise maintenance data analysis can be done to know loss
in breakdown and preventive maintenance in machine-hours,
maintenance man-hours, spares cost etc.
- Meets the requirement of clause 6.3 and 6.4 of ISO 9001:2008.
Calibration
- Calibration data entry is in the form of a check list, which
requires you to verify items in the check list on the
calibration report submitted by the calibration agency.

You can perform validation of records in case instrument (or its
range) is found out of calibration.

During instrument selection in product inspection reports
calibration due date is displayed to ensure that non-calibrated
instrument is not used in calibration.

Instruments for calibration are divided in two categories, one
for instruments under control of quality assurance and other
under the control of maintenance department.

Calibration due report is available separately based on
responsibility for calibration.

Meets the requirement of clause 7.6 of ISO 9001:2008.
