Hi Guys,
Anyone aware that the latest requirement from ISO 9001:2008 Version request to have 'correction' and 'corrective action' stated in the internal audit reporting?
Please advice and if you have a sample of such reporting please share with me.
Thanks,
Cheryl
ISO 9001:2008 Internal Audit Report
To best of my understanding "Correction" and "Corrective action" are not required in internal audit reporting.
Internal audit reports can identify area for improvement (or potential non-conformities) and nonconformities.
Based on the report, audittee should evaluate what correction, corrective action and preventive action he/she should initiate.
The procedure for correction, corrective action and preventive action could be described in procedures relating to clause 8.5.2, 8.5.3. product non-conformites can be dealt with 8.3, control of nonconforming products.
